Bring the building specification, selected finishes and any site preparation together in the written quote. Agree service connections, payment stages and any planning or approval requirements before installation.
3. Prepare and install
Clear the agreed working area and access route. Oeco’s team constructs the building on site; discuss the installation sequence and arrangements for electricity, internet and any water or drainage connections.

Oeco provides a 10-year structural guarantee covering specified structural and material defects, subject to its guarantee terms. Individual products and components can have separate manufacturers’ guarantees with their own cover and duration.
The building quotation, contract, installation and aftercare are handled by Oeco. Keep the agreed specification and guarantee documents with your project records.
